Northeast Pollinator Plants

Northeast Pollinator Plants owner, Jane Sorensen, is passionate about pollinator habitat and the opportunities gardeners have in being part of the solution of providing habitat in their own landscapes. To this end, she has been growing and selling pollinator plants on her family farm in northwest Vermont since 2012.
